I had this problem with my old macbook air as well, runelite caused it to crash after half an hour of trying to take off. If you have a very low dust environment try undoing the screw and drill some tiny holes. Edit, come to think of it since there's 0 airflow with macbooks I'm not sure gaming on it is even advisable. Windows also has better gaming support - not osrs specificaly.Īs to what OS is natively better There is almost no difference.
Maybe if you get a very good ventilator support you can game on it, i had a 20 dollar one and it broke in 3 weeks. Fyi for the same price you can get a good laptop. The batteries are very good, I avoided gaming on battery for more than 5 mins back when they had shitty fans but they're amazing for movies. They have 0 airflow, giving your laptop some rise will help but ultimately you will eat up your ram and later your motherboard.
